We are lucky to have 27 monarch stables within a large spacious Barn
Individual paddocks with Electric Tape
We are on sandy soil so can allow turnout 365days of the year as we get no /very minimal mud.
Hot horse shower and Solarium
Indoor arena with fibre surface approx 15x30 perfect for the dark nights and horrible weather
Outdoor sand arena approx 25x45
Grass schooling field approx 30x60
Large grass jumping field with full course of showjumps and small selection of crosscountry jumps
8acre field to ride in and a great place to have a really good canter /gallop for fitness work
We have a mixture of Hacking ,all hacking does start off with quiet road or lane but we have a range of bridleways including fields, farm ,woodland and sand tracks available
